Answers should show their working.
Most of what a small team needs to know is a count of something. We built Countdat so getting that number is a tap, and trusting it is a click.
Why we built it
Coffees, visitors, incidents, orders, how close a database is to running out of room - the numbers that run a small team are scattered across phones, spreadsheets, inboxes and servers. Getting one usually means building an app, a form or a report, and then hoping the figure is right.
Countdat gives each of those numbers a counter: a tiny database you can feed with a tap on a phone, a file, or a scheduled job that reads your own systems. Then you ask it questions in plain English.
What we believe
Most AI answers ask to be believed. We think an answer about your data should be checkable instead - by a colleague, an auditor, or anyone who reads SQL. So every answer shows the exact queries behind it, and when a figure isn't in the data, the answer says so.
We also think a tool that reaches into your systems should be unable to change them, and that nothing you record should ever be silently overwritten. Those aren't policies; they're how the product is built.
See it for yourself.
Read how it works, or book a call and we'll walk you through it on your own data.
